Half-Moon Nail Tutorial

Half-moon nails are a simple yet chic manicure you can easily paint at home. This nail art tutorial is super speedy, with only 3 steps, and perfect for beginners.

You will need:

Ø Barry M Gelly High Shine Nail Paint in Lychee

Ø Barry M Nail Paint in Copper

Ø Striper Brush

If you don’t have a striper brush, grab an old nail polish you don’t want. Clean the brush with nail polish remover and trim it down with nail scissors. Make sure the bristles of the brush are firm so they won’t be too flexible to draw with, and aren't splaying out like an old toothbrush, which will paint a messy line.

This method works with any colour combination you fancy. Bare in mind if painting a lighter half-moon colour over a darker polish to either use a heavily pigmented formula or paint the half-moon in white first and go over it in your chosen colour.
